  • If you have any relevant medical documents, such as an imaging report, or a link to scans, please provide these before the appointment.

  • A sauna + osteopathy session lasts 90 minutes, and starts with 45 minutes use of the private sauna. This relaxation prepares the body and mind for 45 minutes of osteopathic hands on work to release specific areas of tension and mobilise the whole body.

  • During examination and treatment, depending on the affected area(s), males may be asked to dress down to underwear. Females typically wear a sports bra, and you may also want to bring a pair of loose fitting shorts to change into.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, missed or cancelled appointments after this time will be charged in full.

  • We rarely have availability at short notice, if you are in urgent need of an appointment please send a message via WhatsApp and we will get back to you only if there is an available time.
